Delivery

All jewellery items are hand made. Pieces my not always be in stock, your order will be made for you and delivered within 4 weeks. If your order is in stock, we will post it within 3 days. If your item is required urgently, please use the contact section and we will advise you if we can meet your required delivery date. Please note that during sale and holiday periods delivery times can be a bit slower.

Shipping costs

Jodie Metcalfe Jewellery offers shipping for delivery within the UK and internationally via Royal Mail Post. You may choose your shipping preference at checkout, if you have any queries about our shipping options please contact us. Kindly note our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your countries government website for more information. Jodie Metcalfe Jewellery is not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.

Uk- Royal Mail Recorded covers up to £50 for lost or damaged items.

Uk - Royal Mail Special next day delivery covers up to £500 for lost or damaged items. Any order placed over £500 will be sent in the next insurance bracket free of charge. This service requires a signature on receipt of the parcel.

All orders placed from outside the Uk will be sent Royal Mail International tracked and signed. International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country.

Please choose a postal option that reflects the price of the items purchased. Jodie Metcalfe jewellery takes no responsibility for lost stolen or damaged items.

Returns Policy

Before any action can be taken with a return of any kind the customer must first contact us– then we will be able to figure out the best solution for your issue.

We hope you are delighted with your jewellery , but if for whatever reason you are not, we are happy to offer an exchange of size or style with same value within 14 days of receiving your purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaged as received. If the item has been worn we cannot offer an exchange. We are unable to accept exchanges of earrings under any circumstances, so choose carefully and get in touch with any queries before purchasing.

We will not exchange or return sale items, bespoke orders or customised orders.

Liability will remain with the customer for any errors made by the customer to determine their own ring/ bangle size. Any further adjustments may incur additional charges.

We repair manufacturing faults for jewellery at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. We will not repair or replace items with a broken chain, chipped gemstone; general wear and tear, or on which the plating is fading. If for whatever reason your jewellery has become damaged, we are happy to repair , replace and repolish, to restore your loved piece to be worn , this service may incur a fee, reviewed and priced case by case.

Please note that returns may not be made from a stockist. Please visit the stockist where the item was purchased from and follow their Returns Policy.

If you are based outside of the UK and would like to return an item, please note that a customs declaration form will be required on shipping. The goods will need to be correctly labeled as ‘RETURNED BRITISH GOODS’ to ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred on re-import to the UK. If an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.

Please contact us for a quote for our re-plating service, for any gold or rhodium plated jewellery . *The buyer is responsible for any shipping or handling fees of the returned item.

PROFESSIONAL PIERCING JEWELLERY TERMS (18ct gold) Jodie Metcalfe jewellery will repair/replace piercing jewellery with manufacturing faults for at no cost within 2 years of the purchase date, with an evaluated inspection of the cause of damage, by Jodie Metcalfe jewellery or the piercer where the jewellery was originally bought. We will not replace items with a broken chain, chipped or lost gemstone; general wear and tear, due to age or mistreatment in wearing jewellery. If for whatever reason your jewellery has become damaged, we are happy to repair , replace and repolish, to restore your loved piece to be worn , this service may incur a fee, reviewed and priced case by case.
