Please note that every item is handmade, each piece has its own individual appearance and my not exactly replicate the item photographed. Every stone is naturally varied in colour and size and Each piece will have it’s own unique characteristics, texture + form. Every effort has been made to state on each listing whether or not you will receive the photographed piece.

All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may change in relation to metal price fluctuation and material costs.

By ordering and paying for an item from Jodie Metcalfe jewellery, you are making an offer to purchase that item, the offer is subject to the following terms and conditions and availability.

By ordering and paying for an item from Jodie Metcalfe Jewellery, users acknowledge that they are the holder of a valid credit card or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to Jodie Metcalfe Jewellery. Jodie Metcalfe Jewellery reserves the right to reject any offer made by a user. In placing an order, the user undertakes that all personal information and details are true and accurate and that the user is authorised to pay for the item(s) subject to the order using the relevant credit card/debit card and that there are sufficient funds in the relevant account to cover the cost of the order.

If any details provided by the user are incorrect, resulting in a lost or delayed order, Jodie Metcalfe Jewellery is not liable for any losses incurred by the user. If any incorrect details provided result in an order being returned after having been dispatched, the user is liable to pay any further shipping costs.

Bespoke

For bespoke and customised orders we require a 50% deposit as confirmation of your order before production can begin. At this point you will be committed to purchase. The remainder will then need to be paid in full before collection or dispatch of the order. Goods remain the property of Jodie Metcalfe Jewellery until paid for in full.
